Hi-Tech King World（HTKW, the only high technologycreation center in Shanghai’s downtown area, which is located at No 668, Beijing Road East. Its measure of area is 210,000 m2. Currently, HTKW has become a unique high technology center and has been named the brain of the high technology gathering place in Shanghai’s center area.
 
  The Hi-Tech King World Management Committee is in charge of the whole design, construction and management of HTKW. HTKW has formed the new pattern of management, which is called Instructed by Government, Conducted by enterprises, through the lead of Hi-Tech King World Management and Development Co. Ltd.
 
  As the new high technology center located in downtown area, HTKW has formed the pattern which is the gathering of many bases and integral service system.......
